Saint Vincent de Paul

We have been learning about the Communion of Saints.

My favourite part of learning was about how kind Saints are.

i found this a bit hard when i was researching but only that.

what do you think about Saints?

anyways this is my report  about the Saint Vincent de Paul....

Saint Vincent de Paul - Early life

Saint Vincent de Paul was born in 1576 in France in the village of Pouy in a peasant family, at the age of 19 as a young priest he was captured by Turkish pirates. For 2 years he was a slave for the masters and after working for his last master he was set free.

Saint Vincent de Paul - What he did

Saint Vincent de Paul gave to the poor and started the order of the daughters of charity who (also) worked for the poor. Vincent gave basic needs to people who could not afford it, He got groups of  people to donate and also take care of the poor. Saint Vincent  made houses and meals for the poor… Later after died at the age of 84

Saint Vincent de Paul - How we remember him

We could remember saint Vincent de Paul by praying to him, donating to his charity, lighting candles, and much more.
